Level 1: Basic Support For All Employees

Level 1 PPDP is a self empowering model that requires each individual employee to become responsible for his personal and professional plans and encourages them to “team-up” with their managers for the support they need to achieve their stated goals. This is a very simple, but effective, three stage process that establishes goals, initiates a review process and creates an action plan based on employee’s strengths. John’s coaching will help you:

  • Determine if an employee’s goals are realistic.
  • Communicate and foster enthusiasm in this goal-creating process.
  • Understand what are the basic questions to ask in your employee’s review?
  • Learn tricks to avoiding a “lame” review session.
  • Create an Action Plan your employee’s can “live up to”.

When employees commit to a goal (vision) and take responsibility for that goal, success begins to happen. Strengths must be recognized and utilized. Weaknesses, in turn, must be augmented with the right people, programs and processes.

Cost:  Option 1: $625 per quarter per person plus pre approved tools
Option 2: Our Small Business Contract: $1500 per month for 5 people, plus pre-approved tools

Level 2: Structured Support For New and Existing Leaders/Managers

Level 2 PPDP is for managers and leaders. It begins with the three principles of Level 1: Goals, Reviews and Support. From that foundation, Level 2 focuses on building the skills leaders/managers need to better understand themselves and then use this awareness to achieve more. This systematic, structured process revolves around John’s Three Point Leadership Model of the right peer group, the right coaches and the right tools. This training includes:

  • How to Find, Focus and Support your team.
  • How to define a Leader/Manager job description and design a simple review system.
  • What is your role as a Leader/Manager within the company?
  • How do you identify the right support and action plans necessary for personal, professional and department growth?
  • Basic DiSC training to understand your behavioral traits and how they impact your leadership style and ability to support others.
  • Strength Capitalization Assessment: What are your strengths? How do you capitalize on them and augment your weaknesses?
  • Quarterly 1-1 coaching with a PPDP Coach.
  • Quarterly DVD series featuring top leaders like Welch, Collins, Dickson, Pink, etc.

Managers/Leaders must use all the tools available when leading a team, and themselves, to success. Level 2 PPDP helps people find and develop these tools. (Not sure about this close out, any input?)
