Step 1. Your Past, Present and Future
When, where and why was your company created? How did it grow to its present state? Where is it going from here? We create a history/timeline that gives everyone perspective.
Step 2. Assessment
We take the time to understand your culture (your vision, goals, mission and values) and the ongoing problems that are getting in the way of your success. We then analyze this and suggest the support and plan of action that is truly needed to achieve that success.
Step 3. The 2012 Game Plan
We prioritize the information learned in Steps 1 and 2, then put together your company’s Game Plan. This is done in a creative impactful format so all participants, including employees, key vendors and outside leaders can be successful in their roles by clearly understand your game and how it is played. It doesn’t matter if your game is baseball, golf, poker or pinochle. You can’t play the game (and you certainly can’t win) unless you know and understand the rules.
Step 4. The Game Plan Implementation (process vs. event approach)
We examine your annual goals and break them down into doable achievements. We work with your internal/external leadership team to implement best practices tools (proven programs, processes and/or models) that will accomplish immediate and long term goals. Our planning and review process are broken into bite sized steps.
Step 5. The Annual Review
We perform an annual review which includes input from all participants (employees, stockholders, vendors/advisors) and discuss key changes that are necessary to thrive in the coming year. The feedback will then be reviewed and integrated into your 2012 plan. We incorporate continuous improvement and innovation as an ongoing process into all phases so your bottom line (profits) remains healthy at all times.
