What is it?

  • It is a model which, when practiced, will force everyone associated with you to look ahead while dealing with everyday business needs. You must do both all the time.
  • It is structured in a way that ensures planning and continuous improvement are woven into the basic fabric of everyday operations.

Why bother?
If you don’t plan for the future and only attend to current tactical issues you will become obsolete (Why Bother). You must take the time to look ahead so your product and/or service fits the needs of the coming market. If you plan well you not only survive but you thrive (the market is like weather…you change to it, not it to you).
